This week, an interesting post made its way through the algorithm and into my feed.

And the way it tied back this experiment to demo’s in Sales cycles was quite astute.

There is a huge element of psychology to selling; a client of mine brought this up again with me this week as we were breaking down into the finer details the value case for their prospects and clients.

Which got me thinking…

Does your GTM team have a joined up approach to how your product or service is positioned? Do you have Sales Engineers or Solution Consultants who reel off feature after feature for a 2 hours demo over Zoom?

With many SaaS tools functionality being commoditised; its becoming more and more important to tell the story, paint the picture, and delivery an exceptional experience.
