Firstly, apologies for the wait! It’s been a month since I last wrote to you. Lots has happened! Client off-boarding, new client onboarding, and a new hire.

But today I wanted to talk about an interesting conversation I had with a Founder/CEO who was referred to me by a fellow Pavilion Member.

He had been approach previously about whether he has enough demand coming in. Is his Pipeline big enough. And does he need help growing it.

He said “No! I have plenty of demand, I just don’t have the time and bandwidth to deal with it all! And I can’t leave all this business on the table”.

Which got me thinking…

This is a great problem to have. It shows PMF, and is a good sign of pending growth.

But most companies out there offering help are throwing everything at the wall for you and seeing what sticks. There is little support in getting the deals from Stage 1 > Closed - WON.
