I recently had a discussion with a CEO about taking a step back and getting some fresh eyes onto some of the factors that can contribute to kicking them out of their slow stagnant growth; and where they sit in the market, turned out to be a key concern.

I pulled together this slide and simply wanted to share.

Which got me thinking…

Is there enough ongoing attention paid to ensuring your Value Prop is what people need, and are the people who will have problems solved by your solution willing to pay you for it?

I had another chat yesterday with a CEO friend of mine (we met at an event last year and have stayed in touch) and while PMF wasn’t a concern, but MRR growth was; what came to the surface was a) pricing (there is huge scope for tweaking his pricing to maximise larger accounts) and b) value selling.
