This week, the incredible founders network that is OPUS, hosting a session for its members. We had an hour with the incredible Vicky Reynal. She is the worlds first Financial Psychotherapist.

We all have unique relationships with money. And how it may affect our business. Our family. Our friendships. And like many of our behaviours, these are moulded by our experiences. Our role models. And our environment.

As business owners, founders, builders, or leaders; this will not only shape our decision making and the trajectory of our course, but also bleed into the culture of our organisations. Self awareness, again, becomes critical in ensuring our version of success is achieved.

Which got me thinking…

Money. Relationships. Our insecurities. Our ego’s. Our patterns.

How aware are we and do we keep ourselves accountable and open to change? In a business environment that is ever more challenging, day by day; we can start with ourselves to give ourselves an edge.
